Aku4 Complex

Formulated to empower the human body by protecting it from oxidative stress, Aku4 Complex contains powerful antioxidants that have been shown to support immune function. It is an excellent source of vitamin C and also contains the essential mineral zinc and the trace element selenium. All three elements are nutritionally essential for humans. Both are highly potent antioxidants with many health benefits such as guarding against urinary tract infections and cardiovascular disease. Cranberry extract has been shown to eliminate urinary tract infection (UTIs) by 65%, thus reducing the use of antibiotics in children and women over 50. Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins that prevent adherence of uropathogenic bacteria in the urinary tract. Phenolic compounds found exclusively in pomegranate, also known as punicalagins, have been shown beneficial in improving blood flow and heart function. Pomegranate is a good source of fiber, it contains vitamins A, C and E, iron and other antioxidants (notably tannins). Pomegranate contains two very healthy and unique substances called punicalagins and punicic acid. Punicalagins are very potent anti-oxidants found in the juice and peel of a pomegranate. Pomegranate juice has three times the antioxidant activity of red wine and green tea.
